If you can, please include a copy of your support order or agreement with the completed enrolment application.

To submit an enrolment application online you’ll need to have a BCFMA web account.
If you don’t have a web account you will need to create one. Once you’ve created your account go to Enrol Now and follow the steps to submit your application online.
If you already have a web account you will need to sign in. Once signed you’ll find the application under Account Tools. Complete the steps and then submit your application online.
