BCFMA My Account Mobile App

It’s now easier than ever to access your BCFMA My Account. Our mobile app provides a quick and convenient way for payors and recipients to access their case information.

If you have an active web account with a case linked, you can use your existing sign in information to access the mobile app now.

If you do not have a web account, you can set one up on the My Account page. After signing in, use your Case ID to link your case to your web account. There are instructions below to help you link your case and set up the app.

At this time, the BCFMA My Account app is available to payors and recipients only.


  • Access BCFMA My Account from your mobile device
  • View case details, including case status, balance and payment information
  • Send and receive messages
  • Request callbacks
  • Upload documents
  • Sign up for direct deposit or modify payment information
  • Report direct payments
  • Download BCFMA forms

How to link your Case ID to My Account

  1. Go to My Account – Sign In
  2. Create a web account if you do not already have one
  3. Sign into your web account
  4. Add your BCFMA Case ID
  5. If you have multiple cases, please link your Case IDs one at a time

How to set up the app

  1. Ensure you have an active web account with your case linked
  2. Download the BCFMA My Account app
  3. Open the app on your mobile device
  4. Sign in with your web account email and password

How to manage your account

As the following features are not yet available on the app, please use our website to

  • Link your Case ID to your web account
  • Reset your password
  • Change your email address
  • Reinstate a suspended web account
  • View your order or agreement
