Business Technology Services

The Business Technology Solutions (BTS) division of BCFMA is responsible for ensuring problem-free day-to-day operations of all Information Technology (IT) assets including desktop computing, telephony and conference equipment, network and servers.  BTS supports BCFMA operations by providing Helpdesk services and by maintaining and enhancing the FMEP Case Management System and the BCFMA website.  Responsible for project management and implementation of all BCFMA IT projects, BTS also provides and leads the Information Management and Information Technology (IMIT) Strategic Plan, planning the annual IT budget, and leading IT governance policies.

The BCFMA Finance department is responsible for the management of the organization’s budget, payroll, and the client payments system.  Under a public sector financial context, the Finance department ensures the application of the proper governance, accountability, resource management, planning, budgeting, costing, and performance management at the BCFMA.
