Direct Deposit

Both a recipient and payor can sign up for direct deposit. A recipient needs to sign up to get any support payments received and a payor may sign up if BCFMA has money to return to the payor.

There are two ways to sign up for direct deposit:

Online

  1. Sign in to My Account
  2. Select Direct Deposit under Profile
  3. Enter the banking information

Sending a Form

  1. Print a Direct Deposit Application Form (PDF 159 KB)
  2. Complete and mail to:
    BCFMA Payment Services
    Box 9233
    Victoria, BC V8W 9J1

If you are already on direct deposit:

  • If you have more than one case, payments for all cases are sent by direct deposit
  • If you change bank accounts, payments may be held until new banking information is received
  • Notify BCFMA in writing right away if you experience a problem with a direct deposit payment
