Outreach staff are available at some Family Justice Centres and Justice Access Centres to help payors and recipients.

Providing Feedback to BCFMA
We are committed to ensuring every case is handled fairly and all clients are treated with courtesy and respect. If either the recipient or payor has a compliment or a concern about the way a case is being handled, we’d like to know about it.
