Create a New Account

Setting up your web account

Your display name shows when you are signed in. Your email address and password are used each time to sign in.

Any of these can be changed later under Account Settings.

My Account uses Two-Step Verification to enhance your security. We will send a code to your email or you can use Microsoft Authenticator. You will need to enter a security code to confirm your identity and access My Account.

You must use a valid email.

You will not be able to use your account until this email address has been verified.

Password must be 8 to 50 characters long and have:
- Both lowercase and uppercase letters
- At least one number or special character
  (like !@#$%)
*Confirm Password
*Two-Step Verification

For security reasons, we will confirm that it’s you when you sign in to My Account.

This can be changed later in Account Settings in My Account. For Microsoft Authenticator, a QR code will be provided when you sign in to My Account for the first time.
