BCFMA My Account Mobile App
It’s now easier than ever to access your BCFMA My Account. Our mobile app provides a quick and convenient way for payors and recipients to access their case information.
If you have My Account on our website, you can use it to sign into the mobile app now. If you do not have an account, you can set one up in the mobile app. After signing in, use your Case ID to link your case to your new account. There are instructions below to help link your case and set up the app.
Your My Account will work on both the website and mobile app, no matter where you set it up.

How to set up the app
- Download the BCFMA My Account app
- Open the app on your mobile device
- Create a BCFMA My Account if you do not already have one
- Sign in with your account email and password
How to link your Case ID to My Account
- Create a BCFMA My Account if you do not already have one
- Sign into your BCFMA My Account
- Add your BCFMA Case ID
- If you have multiple cases, BCFMA My Account will add them automatically for you
How to manage your account
As the following features are not yet available on the app, please use our website to:
- Reset your password
- Change your email address
- Reinstate a suspended My Account
At this time, the BCFMA My Account app is available to payors and recipients only.
