COVID-19 has challenged all of us in ways we might not have ever imagined. The British Columbia Family Maintenance Agency (BCFMA) understands that our clients have seldom needed our services more than they do right now. And we are committed to serving our clients and supporting each other as best we can.
No one could have predicted that we would face such challenges as those presented this year, and we don’t know what further challenges lie ahead. We do know that by working together and supporting each other we will rise to meet those challenges.
In response to COVID-19 the BCFMA has adjusted where staff work and changed some service hours. During this time, we will continue to work diligently and Family Maintenance Enforcement Program FMEP clients are encouraged to sign in to their My Account, or call 1-800-668-3637 for any questions you may have.
